Apollo has provided care for my mum for the past 5 months. My experience with the carers has been nothing less than excellent. The ladies are well-trained, professional, friendly, kind, and, last but not least, very caring. They care gently and thoughtfully, and, no less important, make Mum laugh with their cheerful chat and banter.
The office-based staff are equally professional. If ever I need to call the office, the response is quick and considerate.
Mum is at home on palliative care. The care she has received from Apollo staff has made a hugely positive difference to the quality of her life at this time and, for this, we are most grateful.
