Our current rate is £30.50 per hour, with an annual review every April.

Yes. All staff complete a full five-day induction covering mandatory Health & Social Care units and the Care Certificate. Ongoing refresher training is carried out in line with regulatory standards, and additional non-mandatory training is also available to all team members.

Absolutely. Every member of our team must hold an Enhanced DBS check before supporting any clients in our care

Call times are delivered at the agreed time, with a 15-minute window either side. If any service-delivery issues arise, we will notify clients and/or family members immediately.

Yes. We aim to provide full continuity of care by assigning a small, consistent team to each client. We believe continuity is essential for meeting individual needs and building strong professional relationships.

Yes. All complaints are handled promptly and in accordance with our complaints policy. Where necessary, we seek guidance from our legal team or relevant third parties to ensure matters are resolved appropriately.

While our current rating is still progressing toward ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding,’ our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care has never wavered. We have taken substantial action to address all required improvements ahead of our next inspection. We continue to receive excellent feedback from both staff and clients, reinforcing our position as an employer and provider of choice.

Yes. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled visit will be charged at 100% of the fee.

Yes. We understand that care needs do not stop at 5pm. We have an on-call team available from 5pm to 9am, 7 days a week. Our office is open 9am to 5pm to support general enquiries and any daytime concerns.
